Thousands of youth members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from across Asia are set to gather in Thailand this summer for the 2025 For the Strength of Youth (FSY) Conference—a weeklong event centered on faith, leadership, and fellowship.

Scheduled to take place from July 31 to August 5, 2025, the conference will be held at Bromsgrove International School Bangkok and is open to youth aged 14 to 18 from invited wards and branches, as specified in an official Church communication issued earlier this year. Young single adults aged 19 to 34 will serve as counselors.

The FSY program, held in various regions around the world, is designed to help youth strengthen their testimonies of Jesus Christ through structured activities, devotionals, workshops, and service. This year’s Asia-wide session represents one of the largest and most diverse regional gatherings to date, with youth traveling from over a dozen countries and territories.

“This is more than a conference; this is a spiritual adventure,” said Brother and Sister Boland, who will serve as session directing couple for the Bangkok gathering. “It’s a chance to grow closer to Jesus Christ, to further discover who you are as a child of God, and to strengthen friendships that will last a lifetime.”

In their message to participants, the Bolands encouraged youth to “come ready to be edified, enlightened, and empowered. Come ready to rise.”

Church President Russell M. Nelson has emphasized the global impact of rising generations, stating, “Our youth are among the best the Lord has ever sent. They have the capacity to be smarter and wiser, and have more impact on the world than any previous generation.”

Organizers hope that the conference will leave a lasting spiritual impression on participants. “You will feel the joy of being part of something bigger than yourself,” said the Bolands. “And we know you will leave with a heart full of light and memories that will shape your future.”
