The Philippine Missionary Training Center (MTC) was honored by “Asia’s Nightingale” Lani Misalucha on the last night of the three-part Light the World Christmas Music concert series on Wednesday, December 21.
The Southern Luzon Regional Choir, Loridel “Daday” Ducena-Baluyot, a grand finalist in a Philippine singing contest, and the cast of “Hear Him Through Music” also gave performances.
The concert is part of the Philippine Area’s program in accordance with the Church’s light the world initiative. The Philippines is not the only country to hold such an event as the entire Asia Area and Europe Area of the Church held similar events to this.
