Honor (predicated of love) thy father (love) and thy mother (truth) that thy days (states of life) may be prolonged (predicated of good, and it’s increase) upon the land (Lords Kingdom) which Jehovah( predicated of love) thy God ( predicated of truth) giveth (influx of God’s spirit) thee.
Honor thy father and thy mother in the spiritual sense signifies love for both good and truth, and in the supreme sense, love for the Lord and for His kingdom, father signifying love and it’s good, and mother representing the truth, from representing also the church and or the Lord’s kingdom.
Ephesians 6:1 – 2 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise
