Don’t Let What You Can’t Do Interfere With What You Can Do

When it comes to spiritual things or of God, some times we are baffled at questions of why this or why that lacking understanding. The nature of the flesh, is trying to figure things out, most of the time, through the rational mind, with its reasons.

We know many things about the church and its truthfulness yet some, at times, find their testimony dissipating for their lack of knowledge or understanding about what they don’t know, even to a single question that seemingly becomes a huge stumbling block for them, not being able to trust or have faith or even waiting for a future understanding. They are not able to trust and have faith in God, His servants, or in His timing! Let us have strong trust in what we do know, our spiritual experiences, testimony, our scriptural understanding, and the things learned of the spirit, and not put our trust in what we do not, or not yet know! This comes to the questions of priesthood, the nature of God, policies set forth by our prophet, same sex marriage and their children, and many others question we encounter in this our human experience.
