On October 24th representatives from LDS Charities donated two boats to leaders from the Fijian village of Nabukaluka.
LDS Charities is a humanitarian arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The village of Nabukaluka is surrounded by rivers. Flooding from heay rain storms makes it impossible to transport people and their root crops. With the assistance of the new boats, the village will have no problem providing food during future floods.
