The Claremont Meadows Ward in Australia have been reported packing medical supplies to help ease the suffering of their long distance Syrian neighbours.

“One thing that I have learnt from the crisis in Syria is how privileged we are to live in this country and how we have such a great ability to help other people. We often take this for granted. The Saviour taught that the greatest commandment is to love God and the second is to love our neighbour as ourselves,” said Benjamin MacVean

“The young men of Claremont Meadows Ward have been a wonderful example that through serving others we are showing love not only to our neighbour but to Heavenly Father as well,” he concluded.
