Progress continues to be made on the temple, grounds, and the surrounding urban redevelopment project at the Mesa Arizona Temple.
According to Mesa Temple Construction, the temple landscapers are still planting lots of small and medium plants and flowers. They have also begun to install landscaping on the raised portion immediately next to the temple.
The interior works are still in progress and a small station in the parking lot was placed to help cut the stoneworks for the finished work inside.
The entrance over the service entrance on the south side is currently having an expanded roof installed.
Across the temple grounds, the Family Discovery center is still being built. The new Deseret Book is already installing shelving and product.
