BYU Hawaii is continuing its phased return of students to campus and will provide limited in-person learning during Winter 2021 Semester. This is possible because of the COVID-19 cases in the state seems to have curved down.
According to the Church-sponsored university, the Phased Student Return to Campus document will help students and employees plan for the Winter 2021 Semester.
“We are navigating a new learning environment. It has been challenging for each of us, and we thank you for your patience. Your resilience in the face of these challenges is inspiring. The University has set the bar for safe behavior higher than that of local and state regulations. This is intentional and motivated by our care for your safety and the safety of our community. This is an opportunity to live the second greatest commandment to ‘love thy neighbor as thyself.'”
