The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints confirmed that no missionaries were hurt after a 7.4 magnitude shook Mexico’s pacific coast on Tues morning taking at least 6 lives.
“All full-time missionaries are safe and accounted for,” reported Church spokesman Daniel Woodruff. “Officials continue to assess any damage suffered by members or Church-owned properties.”
The casualties were reported near the epicenter in the southwestern state of Oaxaca.
