2026 Asia-wide FSY Conference Announces Participating Church Units

Youth from across Asia will take part in the 2026 For the Strength of Youth (FSY) Conference, organized by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, bringing together participants from invited stakes, districts, and missions representing a broad range of countries and cultures throughout the region. The international conference is designed to strengthen faith in Jesus Christ while fostering unity, leadership, and personal growth among youth.

Participating Church units include the Beijing, Central China, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong China International Districts and Stakes, the Macau China District, and Church units throughout Taiwan, including Chiayi, Chung Hsing, Hsin Chu, Hualien, Kaohsiung North and South, Taichung East, South, and West, Tainan, Taoyuan, and multiple Taipei stakes, along with the Taiwan Taipei Mission. Youth will also attend from Singapore, represented by the Singapore Stake and Singapore Mission.

Additional participants will come from Southeast Asia, including Church units in Thailand—such as the Bangkok, Bangkok North, Bangkok West, Ubon, Chiang Mai, and Udorn Stakes and Districts, along with the Thailand Bangkok West Mission—as well as Cambodia, represented by the Phnom Penh North and South Stakes, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh East Districts, and the Cambodia Phnom Penh West Mission. Youth from Vietnamwill participate through the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Districts and the Vietnam Hanoi Mission.

The conference will also include youth from Malaysia, represented by the Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Miri, and Sibu Districts, and from Indonesia, including the Jakarta and Surakarta Stakes, Surabaya District, and the Indonesia Jakarta Mission. Participants from India will attend from the Chennai District, New Delhi Stake, Bengaluru Stake, and the India New Delhi Mission.

Church leaders emphasized that participation is limited to the Church units officially invited to attend the conference. Applications will be coordinated through local stakes, districts, and missions, with participation requiring the recommendation of local Church leadership to ensure appropriate preparation, support, and a meaningful experience for each youth.
