Ensign Peak Advisors, Inc. has disclosed its latest 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), revealing a robust $58.4 billion in managed assets for the second quarter of 2025, marking an 11.8% increase from the previous quarter.

The firm currently holds 1,697 positions across equities, reflecting a strategic mix of technology, finance, and healthcare investments. Notably, NVIDIA Corporation emerged as both the top holding and the largest new investment, with the firm increasing its stake by $1.33 billion—an impressive 51.3% jump quarter-over-quarter.

Other major holdings include Microsoft Corp. (4.8% of the portfolio), Apple Inc. (5.4%), Meta Platforms Inc. (2.8%), Alphabet Inc. (3.37%), and Amazon.com Inc. (3.23%). While Microsoft and Meta saw notable increases of 38.3% and 52.6%, respectively, Apple experienced a reduction of $341 million, reflecting a 12.1% decrease in its portfolio weight.

In terms of trading activity, Ensign Peak Advisors added 42 new positions worth $518 million in Q2 2025, with the largest new allocations in ETFs such as the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust ($179M) and Vanguard Index Funds ($92.6M). Meanwhile, the firm exited 34 positions totaling $164 million, including significant sales in Discover Financial Services ($100M) and Select Sector SPDR Trust ($17.1M).

The top 10 holdings now represent 32.2% of the firm’s total portfolio, underscoring a concentrated approach toward high-performing tech and finance stocks.

Despite these shifts, the firm reported no activity in options trading for the quarter. Analysts suggest that Ensign Peak Advisors’ bullish stance on NVIDIA and tech-heavy positions signals confidence in the semiconductor and AI-driven markets.
