Question
Joseph said, "Where there is a prophet, a priest or a righteous man unto whom God gives His oracles, there is the Kingdom of God; and where the oracles of God are not, there the Kingdom of God is not. " -- 22 January 1843 The term oracles implies, to most of us, D&C type "Word of the Lord" revelations. Is there any evidence that any such Oracles have been received by a LDS church leader since the 1889 Wilford Woodruff oracle?

Answer
First, as questioners, we must always be careful to ask and speak on our own behalf. So if one thinks that receiving an "Oracle" means thing X, then it is they thinking that.
Second, prophecies and revelations from our Heavenly Father do routinely get received by our Prophets. But many misunderstand what the nature of a "prophecy" or "revelation" is.
True, it can be, and sometimes is, some fantastic and awe inspiring prediction of future events which then do come true. The Civil War was predicted in prophecy.
But it is more often simply the information that our Heavenly Father needs us to receive, like of the Word of Wisdom, or the age at which the youth may serve missions.
