Question
What day we should worship God? Saturday or Sunday and can you explain me that clear what day is the Sabbath day?

The seventh day of the week was set aside in the old Covenant between God and His people, but after Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law, a new day was chose, to distinguish the followers of the Messiah from the Jews who did not believe upon Him. That day was Sunday, the day of his Resurrection. In celebration of that, and to show the world of the new Covenant, we worship on that day.
